Shenika Phillips

Shenika Phillips loves God and loves empowering others towards more and/or better opportunities. Born and raised in Eastern NC, Shenika’s outlook on life was cultivated by her mother, a single parent of 7. As a young child, Shenika was always ambitious, outspoken, and ready to take charge. She attended Winston-Salem State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and later received an MBA from Capella University.

Shenika’s career path has afforded her experiences working in banking and within higher education. She enjoys serving others, spending time at her church, and with her family, especially her daughter, Genesis, who is now 14.
