Born and raised in Vance County, NC, Will graduated from The University of North Carolina in 1993 with a degree in Communications. During his career, he served in a variety of sales, marketing, and business development roles for Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco Systems, Symantec, and NetApp.

In 2007, he took a detour from the corporate world, owning and operating a residential cleaning franchise in Wake County. After successfully reselling his business in 2015, Will discovered his call to service, both through volunteer work and sales consulting with small businesses and start-ups.

In 2020, he was led to Jobs for Life where he is combining his interests of solving problems for business leaders and working to reduce economic disparities in our communities.
