 Chief Operations Officer

LaToya McCutcheon is the Chief Operations Officer of Jobs for Life. She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and has called North Carolina home for the past 5 years. Prior to joining the Jobs forLife team, she has worked in executive leadership roles in both nonprofit and corporate sectors for over the past 20 years. LaToya holds the credentials of a BS degree in business, MS degree in counseling, and an EdS in educational leadership and has a passion for leading and empowering others. However, her most rewarding mission is that of serving as a wife and mother. Alongside her husband Russell, she seeks to transform the lives of others through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and by being a tangible resource within marginalized communities.
